In response to the growing public health concern regarding the COVID-19 virus, the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS® is taking the precautionary step to suspend all in-person meetings, appointments, classes, and events effective Monday, March 16th. The MAAR leadership will continue to review this policy as new information becomes available.

As the COVID-19 scenario develops nationally and in Alabama, our top priority at MAAR and GCMLS is to ensure that Members and MLS subscribers see no interruption in benefits and services. We are committed to this priority and will continue to be until this situation is resolved.

We are actively monitoring COVID-19 by staying close to official guidance from the National Association of REALTORS®, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
