Dee Carter

Help us welcome our newest staff member! With over 33 years in the Administration field with experience in Human Resources, accounting, and office manager. Carter is working towards finishing up her business degree.  Dee was born in Mobile, and moved to Maryland when she was 14 years old. She just recently moved back over a month ago and is eager to get back to that hometown feel. Carter is a mother of 3 daughters and a Nona to her 5 yr. old grandson. She loves to read, listen to music, and take her dog Guido to the park and on walks.  She is very excited to be here and join the MAAR family.
