Annual membership renewal for National Association of REALTORS®, ALABAMA REALTORS®, and the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS® is due December 31. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to pay membership fees by the due date, whether or not an e-bill was received. On January 1, access for all unpaid memberships will be suspended and a $225.00 reinstatement fee will be applied to your account. Reinstating members are not eligible for any proration or waiver of membership fees.
GCMLS subscription fees are billed annually on June 1 and due by June 30th. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to pay subscription fees by the due date, whether or not an e-bill was received. On July 1, respectively, access for all unpaid subscriptions will be suspended and a $50 reinstatement fee will be assessed per subscription. Reinstating subscribers are not eligible for any proration or waiver of subscription fees.
All credit card payments must be made online via the Member Portal, and split payments are not accepted. For security reasons, staff will not process credit card payments over the phone.
Checks must be processed online through our Member Portal e-check feature. The e-check feature will not process amounts over $2,500 at one time.
Application Fees
Mobile Area Association, Alabama Association and GCMLS application fees will be assessed to any new or returning accounts that have had more than 90 days without membership or service.
Refund Policy
REALTOR® local, state, and national dues are nonrefundable.
All GCMLS subscription fees are nonrefundable.
All Sentrilock Key services are nonrefundable.
Tax and PAC Disclosure
Donations to the Mobile REALTOR Charitable Foundation are 100% tax-deductible.
The following percentages of membership fees for certain lobbying and political expenditures are not deductible for income tax purposes: 42% for national, 15% for state, 0% for local MAAR membership fees.
Contributions to the Alabama REALTORS® Political Action Committee (ARPAC) and the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and may be used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. The Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution, and you may refuse to contribute without reprisal by the Association.
