Mobile Area Association of REALTORS®

2020 REALTOR® of the Year, Sam Winter

Please join us in celebrating the 2020 REALTOR®of the Year, Sam Winter, with Sam Winter & Company Real Estate. Winter has been a REALTOR and member of the Mobile Area Association for about 16 years, where he has severed in many different roles, including the 2019 Association President. 

Winter is a devoted and loving husband and father of three. His dedication to the Mobile Community is shown through his passion and engagement with different organizations and his company’s foundation, Live Where you Imagine, IMPACT. A local foundation that helps fund community and neighborhood initiatives to improve quality of life.  

 

Congratulations, Sam, and thank you for all you do in the Mobile Community and the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS®. 

REALTOR® of the Year recognizes those who have served the real estate profession and their communities. The recipient is peer-nominated and selected. A few of the characteristics the committee looks for are:

REALTOR® Spirit – High principles of integrity, adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and furtherance of the principles of good real estate practice among brokers, agents, and the general public.

Civic Activity – Local, state, and national level participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, political commissions, or fraternal or religious groups.

Business Accomplishments – Public recognition of business conduct, service to clients, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, land utilization, etc.

Local Association/Board Activity – Local offices held and committee work, special assignments, seminar activity and educational work, membership, and offices held in local chapters of NAR’s affiliated institutes, societies, and councils.

State Association Activity – State offices held and committee work, attendance and participation in state conventions, directors’ meetings, and educational conferences.

National Association Activity – National offices and committee work, membership, and work in NAR’s affiliated institutes, societies, and councils, attendance at national conventions and directors’ meetings.
