- Shotgun Start Time is PROMPTLY at 12:30 p.m.
- Registration/ Lunch time is 11:00 a.m.
- Putting Contest from 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
- Azalea City Golf Course
- $360 PER 4 Man Team
- Amateur Golfers Only
- CASH OR CHECKS ONLY

Registration fee (per player) includes: Green Fee, Golf Cart, Range Balls, Lunch Ticket,
Beverages on the Course; Awards Reception & Drink Ticket, Registration Goodie Bag, 1 Free putt
