Education
In Person Education at MAAR
- All cancellations must be made in writing before the start date and start time of the class.
- No refunds for cancellations but can transfer to another class. No refunds for no-shows.
- You must arrive on time for all classes and return from scheduled breaks on time to receive continuing education (CE) credit.
- You must sign in on the appropriate class sign-in sheet for attendance records.
License Renewal
Please remember, every two years a total of fifteen (15) clock hours of continuing education (CE) prescribed by the Alabama Real Estate Commission is required for renewal of an active license. These (15) hours must be completed by September 30 of every even year.

Online Learning
We know our members are busy and lead lives of spontaneity, so we have collaborated to offer online classes through The CE Shop and the Lancaster Institute. Although the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS® does not develop these courses, we refer our membership as an additional, accessible option to help you achieve your education goals.
