Welcome Cy Cain as our new CEO!

The Mobile Area Association of Realtors® (MAAR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cy Cain as Chief Executive Officer. Cy steps into this leadership role with decades of industry experience, a long history of service to MAAR, and a deep commitment to the Realtor® community.

Cy has been a valued member of MAAR for more than 30 years. His leadership journey includes serving as President of MAAR in 2015 and representing our region on the Alabama Association of Realtors® Executive Committee for two years. A seasoned Real Estate Broker, Cy brings a unique perspective shaped by years of hands-on industry involvement and a passion for elevating the profession.

Beyond his professional achievements, Cy is known for his approachable leadership style and steady presence. He comes from a musical family—a background that has instilled in him a sense of creativity, collaboration, and rhythm that he brings into every role he takes on. He is married and a proud father of two, and he continues to be deeply connected to the community both personally and professionally.

As MAAR moves through this time of transition, we are confident that Cy’s knowledge, experience, and dedication will provide a strong foundation and clear direction for the organization. His vision aligns with MAAR’s mission to support, educate, and advocate for our members and the communities we serve.
